This regularly involves assisting with the business owner’s personal affairs as well as business operations.

Ross’ expertise includes business advice (commercial business advice, business planning, succession planning, management consulting, business re-structuring, annual financial statements, management reporting, asset protection), corporate transactions (due diligence, valuations, re-structuring, risk assessment audits, business acquisitions, asset preservation and risk review, liquidation of solvent companies, debt and finance negotiations), tax consulting and compliance (corporate tax, corporate compliance, international tax, indirect tax, employment tax, specialist tax) and superannuation (superannuation strategies, self-management funds).

Ross also specialises in due diligence assignments on purchases and acquisitions for his property and construction clients. These reviews examine the financial viability and risk profiles of businesses. Experience for vendor and purchaser provides practical insight into subjective and non-subjective thought processes and the ability to identify irregularities in information provided requiring further investigation.

Background
Ross joined Pitcher Partners Brisbane in 1997 and became a partner in 2001. He joined Vincents in 2008 as part of a merger with Pitcher Partners Brisbane. Ross has over twenty five years experience, working in the taxation and business areas of a range of Chartered Accounting firms.
