Robert brings to Vincents expertise in litigation support across a range of disputes including commercial, family law and business interruption and personal injury insurance claims. He also brings experience as an expert witness for the assessment of damages, economic loss, business valuation and other financial evidence in State and Federal Courts.

Background
Robert developed his skills investigating and reporting on the financial affairs of insolvent, or near insolvent companies to banks, government and other stakeholders at Ernst & Young. Since 2002, those skills have been applied to assist litigants in providing accounting, finance and business evidence in State and Federal Courts.
Robert’s industry experience is concentrated in the small to medium enterprise sector with clients from property, business services, manufacturing, construction, insurance, health services, retail and wholesale trade, transport, education, farming and fishing, cafes and restaurants.
Publications & Presentations
Robert presented “Implementing Forensic and Investigative Accounting Techniques” to The Institute for International Research’s Seventh Annual Personal & Corporate Insolvency Conference in 2004.
In 2007 and 2008 Robert was a facilitator for a unit in the ICAA’s CA Program, “Management Accounting & Analysis”.
