Paul brings to the forensic division a wealth of experience, including wide valuation expertise and specifically business advice (commercial business advice, business planning, succession planning, management consulting, business re-structuring, annual financial statements, management reporting, asset protection), corporate transactions (expert reports, valuations, litigation support), tax consulting and compliance (corporate tax, corporate compliance), and superannuation and wealth management (investment advice, portfolio management, financial planning, estate planning, superannuation strategies and retirement planning).
Background
Paul has a strong specialist accounting and business advisory background. Having joined Pitcher Partners Brisbane in 1990, he became a partner in 1994 and was appointed managing partner in 2007. Paul joined Vincents in 2008 as part of a merger with Pitcher Partners Brisbane.
With over 20 years experience in consulting to small to medium sized private businesses and their proprietors, his focus has been on ensuring that the personal and financial goals of the business owners align with the overall strategic financial goals of their business.
Throughout Paul’s career, he has been involved in many business investigations and valuations for small to medium sized businesses and where commercial and financial disputes arise, he is able to provide independent expert advice and deliver a clear and concise interpretation of the most complex financial and accounting issues.
