Expertise Lance relocated from the Brisbane office in January 2007 to lead Vincents’ Insurance Litigation team in our growing Sydney office. He was appointed Director in July 2008. In addition to preparing expert reports, Lance regularly undertakes “in house” file reviews for various CTP insurers. While he has experience across a range of forensic engagements, including commercial litigation, business valuations and due diligence assignments, Lance's main focus and area of interest is insurance litigation, with a particular emphasis on personal injury litigation.
