John brings to Vincents a suite of specialty services with the Executive Search and Selection business unit including:

• Executive search and selection (search and advertised selection assignments for middle and senior management positions across all industry sectors public, private and not for profit organisations and specialising in positions of all disciplines including, but not limited to, finance and accounting, sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply and distribution, human resources, information technology, engineering and science);
• Executive and non executive director search (Executive and Non Executive Board members for public companies, private companies and not for profit organisations);
• Career management (assessing employees’ skills, potential for advancement, training needs and management potential);
• Salary packaging and reward strategies (maximising salary package benefits and developing other reward strategies to help attract and retain staff); and
• General hr management consulting (includes position evaluation and classification and providing expertise for an outsourced human resources function).

Background
John has been an executive search & selection consultant since 1984.
John joined Pitcher Partners Brisbane in 1998 to commence the Executive Search and Selection unit and became a Partner in 1999. He has over 30 years experience in general management and human resource consulting gained in large international chartered accounting firms, commerce and industry.

John’s experience includes human resource management, engineering, sales and marketing and general management experience with chemical process equipment designers and manufacturers and a refrigeration and air conditioning manufacturers, building products manufacturers and professional services firms.
